Surah Al Masad , 111

your highness,

the power of Abu Lahab will perish, and he will perish. 
his wealth and gains will not exempt him. 
he will be plunged in flaming Fire, 
and his wife, the wood-carrier, 
will have upon her neck a halter of palm-fibre. 


one can be bill gates, or steve job or even shah of iran, a king of kings..
but if one does not recognise the sovereignty of allah, one is just another 'abu lahab'!.
you are just wasting your time on this planet earth.

very short and succinct this surah 111.
but very definitive.
if our date to meet allah is tomorrow...........are we ready?
if we are not yet ready, what is our game plan for that meeting?

patik have underated  our local bred and born dr danial, partly due to his alledged ?wahabi leaning, for years, but after listening to him, he is fairly excellent.

do listen to all the three of them of tuanku have the time.

let us not be an 'abu lahab' who had been guaranteed to be thrown into hellfire, 10 years even before he died!

سُوۡرَةُ لهب / المَسَد
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

تَبَّتۡ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍ۬ وَتَبَّ (١) مَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُ مَالُهُ ۥ وَمَا ڪَسَبَ (٢) سَيَصۡلَىٰ نَارً۬ا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ۬ (٣) وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُ ۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلۡحَطَبِ (٤) فِى جِيدِهَا حَبۡلٌ۬ مِّن مَّسَدِۭ (٥)
