........zina ; 4 'reliable' witness required!......in principle, allah does not seem to encourage people to look into other people's keyholes.; see the actual act of sexual intercourse...; at the end of the day allah will judge them in yaumiddin. ;
nabi preferred that these cases not be brought to court and the involved people do taubah..


........on homosexuality

.........jahiliah time's treatment of widows;

.........treat your women with kindness

.........multiple marriage is a huge responsibility on the men

........be patient with your wife/wives

......but if you have to divorce them, divorce them with grace.

........prohibitions of marriage: 'permanent'  and  'non permanent prohibitions'

.........when a man touches a lady with 'desire' , it is no longer permissible for him to marry the lady's           daughter or mother

......'the current trend is to make everything halal!',; when a muslim wants a verdict he goes to a mufti who knows little and gives a verdict he  likes...'


.......shariah is to limit your desires and whims so that your soul will be guided

........the seven major sins: making partners of allah; killing an innocent soul; accuse an innocent woman of  zina; riba'; running away from a battle field; magic; stealing the wealth of orphans...

......in this age of 'extreme difficulty' where a shaykh or a murshid  not is freely available, a return to al ghazali's 'ihya' may be a necesary replacement......
we are in the age of turbulence

.......historically, the tariqa movement have been a reaction to the seemingly unhealthy 'symbiosis' between the 'men of the cloak', the muftis and the ulama' with the 'sultans' of the day....
