[uppermost underpinning of  the  shariah is about 'justice'. the last 10 minutes discourse of ayat 219 to 220 is about the spirit of shariah : jusctice....i can still remember in my university days, a rather famous law lord in  the commons, lord denning. he has the same to say of the english law. the spirit of the law should be uppermost, not the law. in shariah it is all about justice and if justice is not serve, something is wrong somewhere]
