locally at least in malaysia, jais, mais, jakim etc and etc have always been the 'punch bag' for angry ladies organization like s.i.s etc an etc.
listening to the details involved in divorce from the syarie perspective i can now see and appreciate these 'poor' ustaz in a different light.

                  4 ways of ending wedlock: talaq, khuluq, dissolution, li'aan.......

24:05        iddah......a rethinking period

30:15        rujuk ......no right of refusal on the part of the woman.
                                 her consent is not a prerequisite of a valid rujuk
